最初ノーゲストで不安だったけど
少ししたらそこそこお客さんが来たのでひと安心

ビネガーのきいたさっぱりドレッシングで。
しばらくしてピザが焼き上がりました
ここのピザは２６ｃｍ
ランチでひとりで食べきるにはちょうどいいサイズ
ソレンティーナはモッツァレラとバジルのシンプルなピザです（ここのはグラナパダーノも）
生地はサクッと
程良くもっちり
いつもはクワトロフォルマッジを食べるのですが
ソレンティーナはモッツァレラだけの美味しさが味わえます
バジルも新鮮ですごくいい香り
辛いオイルをかけたらパンチが加わってこれまた美味しい♬
食後に和栗のジェラートもいただきました
粒々も入った上品な和栗の甘さ
美味しかったです
