天理市で午後から仕事のこの日、前日にネットで調べて美味しそうに感じたこちらのお店におうかがいしました。
赤い外装のハイカラな見た目のうどん屋さんです。店内はほど良く年季も感じられ木調の落ち着ける雰囲気です。「かやくごはん」もセットになった「まほろばうどん定食(1150円)」を冷たいうどんでお願いしました。
桜井市に近い天理市に位置し、緑も多いあたりだと思います。幹線道路沿いですがお店の窓側には緑も多く植えられていて外を眺めていてものんびりできてくつろげます・・ 間もなくして写真の豪華なプレートが到着しました。
トッピングが具沢山のうどんです。「梅干し」「まぐろの角煮」「海苔の天ぷら」「山菜」「ワカメ」などなど・・
まずは「うどん」をいただきます。もちもち食感のこれは美味しいうどんです。「つゆ」は旨い醤油と出汁を感じ、やや甘さもあって冷たいうどんに良く合います。「刻みネギ」と「大根おろし」「おろし生姜」だけで十分美味しくいただけるうどんなので「まぐろ」や「梅」たちは「かやくご飯」の美味しいおかずとしていただきました。
「かやくご飯」はペチャペチャだったりせず上手く炊かれていて味のバランスも良くうどんと交互に美味しくいただきました。添えられた小鉢は「茄子煮」と「筍佃煮」。いずれも美味しい自家製であろう贅沢な品々でした。
美味しいうどんとサービス心を感じる工夫された品々を大満足でお腹いっぱいいただきました。これで1150円。お店の方たちも明るい接客で親切です。お勧めしたいお店です。
