2022年1月22日(土)午後1時半頃
休日のこの日、お昼ご飯に和食を食べたくなり
向かったのが
「名代手打ち 大和まほろば」さんです。
このお店の前は以前から何度も通っているのですが
いつも駐車場が満杯で盛況さがうかがえる様子です。
車でお店に着いた時、駐車場は珍しく空いてました。
時間は午後1時半頃でいつもなら満車状態なのにラッキー♪
恐らく流行り病の再燃が影響しているのか…
お店に入ると先客は3組10名様ほどおられました。
一人と伝えると右奥の大テーブルに案内頂きました。
入口の手指アルコールディスペンサー、テーブルには
アクリルの仕切板がきっちりセットされています♪
着席しメニューを拝見。
・海老フライ定食 税込1,580円
を注文。
そして待つ事約12分で配膳デス♪
・海老フライ…まあまあデカいエビフライが3本も
盛られています‼ 全長20㎝前後あります。
フライの衣はやや厚めですが海老自体もしっかり
詰まってマス。タルタルソースもタップリです。
レモン櫛切、ポテトサラダ、それにキャベツのコール
スローが添えられています。
・ミニうどん…うどん出汁のお味は節の香りも良く甘すぎず
塩気も強すぎず上品です。小ぶりで三角のきつね揚げが
のっています。お揚げの味付けも上品な甘みです。
うどんは弾力あり麺の味自体も旨い♪
食べ終わるまでコシのへたりもなく最後まで美味しかっ
たです。
・ご飯…ふっくらしていて米粒はしっかり弾力ある美味しい
ご飯でした。小鉢にきんぴら牛蒡、それと大根の漬物
が付いていました。
まず配膳された時の海老フライのデカさと本数に驚き、
おうどんを美味しく食べられて、もう大満足♪
