奈良に行ったので、奈良のご当地グルメ・スタミナラーメンのお店を探します。
色々と調べたところ、天理スタミナラーメンと彩華ラーメンさんの二代巨頭が有名らしい！ケンミンショーで話題になっていたので気になってました。
店舗も奈良のあちこちにあったので、今回は近くにあった彩華ラーメンの田原本店さんに行ってきました！
休日13時過ぎに到着すると、広い店内はほぼ満席。ちょうど席が空いたので、待たずに座ることができました。
今回はこちらを注文。
・彩華ラーメン白ネギトッピング 796円
15分ほど待ってラーメン着丼。
お皿でかっ！普通のラーメン皿じゃない！余裕でデカいっ！しかも、白菜に、白ネギに、ニラにとめちゃめちゃ具沢山！
いただきます！
う〜ん、なるほど、スープは比較的コクが少ない印象。
白菜が沢山入ってるから、スープが薄いのかな？醤油を水で薄めたような味。
卓上にあるニンニクとラーメンジャンをプラスすると、スープがジャンクな感じになります。でもやっぱりコクは出ない！
うーん、ちょっと物足りないけど、これがスタミナラーメンというものか！ごちそうさまでした！
