2022年5月 祝日のお昼の訪問です。
開店時間少し過ぎの到着です。バイクを停めて入店です。
入り口近くのカウンター席に着席です。メニューからイベリコ豚ざるつけ麺を3玉でお願いしました。
少し待って着丼です。艶々したうどんはたっぷりの3玉です。つけ汁にはイベリコ豚とぶつ切りのネギが入ってます。薬味は刻みネギと柚子胡椒です。
うどんはツルモチの食感で程よいコシのある美味しうどんですね。
つけ汁は和風出汁に醤油の濃いめの味付けでイベリコぶたの脂がコクと甘みをプラスしてる感じですね。
ではうどんを浸していただきます。濃いめの醤油味がうどんを浸すとバランスよく美味しいですよ。ツルツルとうどんがすすみますね。柚子胡椒のピリッとした辛味と柚の風味がエエ感じです。
具材のイベリコ豚は柔らかくて噛みほどに豚と油の旨味が感じられて美味しいです。
ぶつ切りネギもつけ汁を吸ってネギの甘さと醤油の塩味が合わさって美味しかったです。
3玉は多いかなと思いましたがスルスルと食べ進んで気付けば完食でした。少し醤油の塩味が気になりましたが、つけ汁も飲み干して全汁してやりました。
得得さんはうどん玉を増しても同一価格なんが嬉しいですね。
