奈良は天理にある中華料理店、大和軒さんです。
天理では超ボリュームの店として有名だそうです。
メニューを見るとサイズ小のものも多く、ボリュームだけで勝負をしているわけではなさそうです。
開店と同時に入店しましたが、10分ほどで満席！！ この特徴は完全に人気店です。
揚げ焼きそば、チャーハン小、焼餃子を注文です。
数分で着丼、調理もかなりのスピーディーさ。
揚げ焼きそばは和風の味です、鰹だしを感じます。フライ麺は太麺をサックリと揚げています。プリッツにも似た食感です。お好みで酢とソースをかけていただきます。
チャーハンは小サイズの割にデカい。。。味は懐かしの”焼きめし”の味、これも脂弱め塩味抑えめで優しい味です。
餃子はこれまた懐かしい味のニンニク餃子です。
西大寺では駆逐されましたが、天理にはまだ良い街中華が残っていてうらやましい限りです。
