昭和43年、奈良県天理市にて屋台より創業致しました。創業当時よりお客様の間で通称「天理ラーメン」と呼ばれ、ラーメンに白菜を乗せるスタイルの発祥として親しまれてきました。現在は天理市を中心に、近畿地区・北海道などに店舗展開を行っています。創業より変わらぬ想いで創り続ける当社オリジナルの「彩華ラーメン」を、ぜひ一度ご賞味下さい。 |
天理ラーメンというのか、奈良県のご当地ラーメンを試してみたくて選んだのがこのお店でした。
近鉄の前栽駅から歩いて15分と、決して便利ではないのですが、わざわざ食べに来た甲斐が有りました。
若干塩味が強めというのが、ご当地の味のようでした。
ラーメンはデフォルトで既に辣醤で白菜やニラが炒められており、辛めのタンメンといった感じ。
濃いめの味付けにたっぷりの野菜の甘みが調和して、食欲が増進されるのを感じました。
奈良の思い出として、強いインパクトを残してくれた一杯です。
