天理ステーションストアの中の店は撤退が相次いで、今では天雅と信華楼だけが残っています。天雅は天串と餃子と焼売と豚まんを販売してましたが、最近は毎日の販売は餃子のみで、平日の午後にだけ豚まんを買うことができます。
目当ての豚まんですが、2時半ごろにうかがうと残り3個でどうにか買うことができました。予約して取りに来ている人もいましたので、今度からは電話予約しようと思います。
豚まんは生地がもっちりして仄かな甘みがあり、あんは玉ねぎの味が少し勝っていますが柔らかくて美味しいです。一つでもボリュームがありました。
