天理駅前。本通り商店街ではなく少し外れたエリア。
自宅を兼ねた建物の1階。
ちゃんぽんは地域、店によって違うがこの店のは
トロミのついた豚骨スープ、具が少な目、細麺となっている。それにチャーシューが一面に乗った「叉焼ちゃんぽん麺」を注文。
まずはスープ。トロトロのスープはしっかりとした味。少し魚介の風味が感じられる。
餡かけやトロミが好きなのにマツコデラックスと同じく唾液にアミラーゼが多いらしく途中でサラサラになってしまう⤵︎
チャーシューの下から引き上げた麺は細麺ストレート。
しっかりとした食感でスープもよく絡む。
チャーシューは厚めで大振りなので食べ応えがあった。
具は少ない。人参、キャベツ、細切れの豚肉、イカゲソ。
スープの魚介風味はこのゲソのものと思われる。
再訪ありかな。
大変美味しく頂きました。
それにしてもトロミがサラサラにならない方法ってないのかなぁ？
