天理でいつも「ちゃんぽん」を食べに行くお店が定休日でもないのに閉まっていたので、口がちゃんぽんのまま食べログで探しました。
車で5分ほどのお店に到着。
ちゃんぽんは普通のと長崎ちゃんぽんがあって一番オスメスが普通のちゃんぽんだと聞き、そちらと叉焼ちゃんぽんをお願いしました。
一緒にギョウザの口にもなっていましたが、ギョウザはメニューにありません。
中華屋さんじゃなくて、ちゃんぽん屋さんだから仕方がない。
息子とそんな話しをコソコソしているとオスメスちゃんぽんが登場。
叉焼ちゃんぽんは一面に叉焼。
まずスープをいただいて二人で顔をあわせました。
「辛くね？」の顔です。
塩辛いというか、醤油辛いというか味が想像の3割増ぐらい濃いお味でした。
麺はストレート麺なので丁度よく切れて美味しいです。
キャベツと豚肉の炒めたのも入っていて味が良くしみて美味しかったです。
ただ私にはスープが濃かったです。お好きな方も常連さんもいらっしゃるので。
