前に来たとき品切れと言われて残念だった牛の膵臓、グレンスという部位を食べたいがために再び来襲！
今回はあるのか？
あった！
もちろん注文！
その味は、いかに？！
すごく柔らかくて濃厚そうな見た目。
焼いてると油らしきものがポタポタと。
どのくらい焼くのがベストなのかわからず、とりあえず中まで火を通してみた。
さて、いただきます。
濃厚なのに油の塊みたいなクドさはなくて、独特のうまみがつまってる！
本当に独特のうまみで未体験の味！
肝臓のような濃厚さがありつつ、脂身のようなうまみもあるのに脂身とは違う。
なるほど、たしかに希少部位。味も独特。
フォアグラとか、アンキモとも、また違う。
これは食べた人にしか、わからないよ。
想い出にかわる味だね。
他の焼肉も美味しかったし、握りもとろける感じで良かったよ。
覚悟してたけど、そこまで高くなかったし。
むしろ焼肉屋さんとしてはCPも、いいかも。
