茹で時間通りに茹でて、キッチリ水で締めて…

喉越しもイイし、ツルツル食感で美味しい♡
暑い季節は、やっぱり素麺が美味しいね♬
余談ですが…
素麺に限らず、冷麦、稲庭うどんとかの一番好きな
食べ方…麺つゆを絡めて梅干しを1個乗っけて…
ぐちゃぐちゃに潰しながら和えながら食べるの♡
