普段は揖保乃糸がベスト素麺なんです。
揖保乃糸は凄く美味いですよ。
でも、小豆島で生そうめんを食べてからは「ヤバい素麺が存在するんだ」って知ってしまいました。
山勝さんはその１つ。
乾麺を取り寄せて「なんじゃこりゃ‼︎」ってプリプリに感動して現地に行きました。
昼前で既に駐車場は満車（汗）
運良く１つ空いたので車を滑り込ませます。
小綺麗な店内。まだ建築から日が経って無いのかな？
そして、接客がパーペキ。店内食事を捌く店員さんもテイクアウト担当のレジさんも、毎日多様な客に接してるのに個々に真摯に対応できるというのには脱帽です。スゲーわ。
さて、肝心の素麺の感想ですが、まぁチュルチュルでシコシコで美味いです！
半田そうめんが好きな人は平麺が良いと思います（僕は平麺派です）。シルプルに素麺が好きだ！という方は細麺（スタンダード）が良いと思います。
美味しかったなぁ！
また行きたい！
