奈良の室生寺へ行く途中、三輪そうめんのお店があったので入ってみた。割と最近出来たお店のようで、入口付近はそうめんの売店になっている。
先に食券機で食券を買って注文が入るシステム。
そうめん、にゅうめん、それに細平めんと言うのがある。珍しいのでコレに決定。
注文が入ってから、乾麺を茹でてから冷やしているので多少時間がかかる。
15分くらいで到着。
麺は確かに細めの平打ち麺で、そうめんの様なコシは感じられず、ツルっと食べれる感じ。
量的にちょっと少ないかな。
麺つゆはまあ普通、甘みはあまり強く無い。
食べ終わったらセルフで食器を返却口に返すシステム。
手前の給水機が邪魔で、もう少し動線を考えるべき。
