猛暑日が続く8月13日、日本最古の神社である大神神社の奈良桜井市の三輪エリア、天皇家御献上の由緒ある三輪山勝製麺に訪問。やはり素麺のシーズン、駐車場満車です。
店内入り半分は素麺土産購入用のお店、奥半分が素麺レストランになっています。4組目で名前記載、20分程店内待機で席に案内頂き、食券機で一筋縄冷や素麺と炊き込みご飯セット 1,000円のチケットを購入。
少し席で待機、食券番号を呼ばれてカウンターで料理を受け取ります。素麺は通常、麺表面に油が塗布されていますが、勝山製麺の「一筋縄」は吉野葛がコーティングされており見た目からツヤツヤ輝いています。あご出汁ベースのつけ汁にくぐらせて頂くと、素晴らしい喉越し(ﾟ∀ﾟ)!!夏の暑さを忘れる爽快感で1人前3束の一筋縄を一気に頂きました!!
三輪素麺でも独特の進化をされた一筋縄素麺を堪能。夏のご馳走冷やし素麺で大満足です。一筋縄素麺はネット販売もされており、自宅でもツヤツヤ、ツルツルの喉越しを味わうことが可能です。暑さを忘れる三輪素麺、また伺います。
