山の辺の道は3度目ですが、いつも時間が合わず閉まっていた千石さん
今日は 少し早く家を出たのもあり空いてました✨
先客が3組 家族経営かな、3人で切り盛りされていたので、お蕎麦が出て来るまで 結構待つかなと覚悟したのですが 割と早く 出て来ました。
注文の天ぷらざる蕎麦は
お蕎麦は 白くて繊細な感じ、つゆは甘め
天ぷらはえび2尾、サツマイモ、ししとう、大葉、海苔 どれもサクサクです。
美味しく頂きました。
