嫁さんの職場が近いのでたまにケーキを買ってきてもらいますが何を食べても本当に美味しいです。
今回はモンブランタルトにしましたが栗の香りも豊かで
実も甘さがありつつも栗の味を損なわずバランスが絶妙です。
それと驚いたのがカスタードの量です！
