[牛じゃんラーメン]
牛骨ラーメンを看板メニューに全国展開されている【ラーメン まこと屋】
実は今まで訪れた事がなく、天理市に 2019年3月にできた【ラーメン まこと屋 天理田井庄町店】へ行って来ました。
18時半頃にお店へ。
カウンターやボックスのテーブル席のある店内。
メニューを見て
牛じゃんラーメン 770円
を注文しました。
ラーメンが到着。
麺は、
細ストレート麺。
シコッとした
おいしい麺です。
スープは、
真っ白な牛骨。
油の量も選べましたが、普通をチョイス。
ミルキーなクセのないスープ。
マー油や辛味噌もあって、少しごちゃごちゃした感じもありますが
おいしいスープです。
トッピングは、
チャーシューやモヤシ、キクラゲ、ねぎ。
クセのないミルキーな一杯。
ファミリー層も多く、チャーハンや唐揚げの注文率も高かったですね。
