マリトッツォというケーキが流行ってるらしい。
そういえば何度かSNSで目にしたな
元はローマ名物のケーキみたい。
試してみようと検索して見つけたのがこちら
「HiSaSo」
マリトッツォの仕上がりに合わせ12時に訪問
ありました、マリトッツォ！
クリームたっぷりの贅沢な見た目
マリトッツォとシュークリームとチョコのケーキを購入
イートインスペースもありましたが
今は使っていない雰囲気。
テイクアウトして車の中で食べました。
マリトッツォ
パン(ブリオッシュ)にたっぷり生クリームとカスタード
生クリームが多くて重そうですが
そんなことはない、こんなに軽い生クリームは初めて
今でにないタイプで見た目も映えるので
これは流行りそう
シュークリーム
皮がサクサクのハードタイプ
実を言うとマリトッツォよりこっちのほうが美味しい
チョコのケーキ
洋酒が使われて大人のチョコケーキ
唐辛子をふっているあたり只者じゃない
お店はアメ細工が得意みたい
フランスの大会で賞を獲ったトロフィーが２つ飾られていました。
あと、よーいドン！の
「となりの人間国宝」。
