地元で新店開拓。
以前から気になっていた、たまちゃんUDONさん。
私の休暇と定休日が重なりなかなか伺えなかった。
メレンゲの上に卵黄で面白いビジュアル、
かき混ぜてだし醤油をかけていただく。
そして温かい麺にもかかわらず物凄いコシ。
私好みの力強い麺。
冷やしで食べたらどうなるだろう。
次回は冷たい麺をいただこう。
子供の頃は天理本通を西から東までハシゴして
お菓子やプラモデル買ったりしたものだが
すっかり寂れてしまった。
最近新しい店もボツボツできつつあるみたいだが
昔のように賑やかに戻って欲しい。
