奈良県桜井市に店を構える「白玉屋榮壽 本店」さんに伺いました。
場所はＪＲ桜井線「三輪駅」から徒歩７分程のところにありました。
三輪参道入口のところにあるので直ぐに場所は分かると思います。
店内はかなり広いです、喫茶も併設されています。
ショーケースをみるとかなりシンプルな色合いの和菓子が多い印象です。
私は今回以下の内容をいただきました。
○みむろ
弘化年間（1844～1848）に出来たという名物菓子です。
奈良県産の大和大納言小豆を使用しており、こし餡と粒あんを別々で作った後に混ぜ合わせたものを皮に入れているそうです。
外側はパリッと軽やかで餡子は滑らかだけど、噛むと粒感があり満足感がありました。
