奈良の桜井市の長谷寺というところにきました。
紅葉は紅葉してるかと思いましたが、意外に11月最初は青々としてました。
その参道でいくつか気になるお店に行きました。
場所は長谷寺から南へ。
駐車場はありません。
店内は、販売とイートインができます。
柿の葉寿司7個入り910円を購入。
鮭と鯖を半々で購入しました。
店頭では、店員さんが柿の葉寿司を包む様が見ることができます。
帰宅して、まずは一口。
小ぶりな柿の葉寿司です。
今まで食べてきた柿の葉寿司より、塩気があるなぁ。これはこれで美味しい。
シャリとネタの一体感が良いです。
なかなか良い柿の葉寿司です。
