決して揚げ物が売りのお肉屋さんやなくて精肉の卸屋さん？
従業員さんも結構居られます。
売りのmenuは揚げ物と百々福焼きなるロストビーフと言うか焼き豚ならぬ焼き牛？
取りあえずの様子見って事でメンチカツ2個とコロッケ４個を購入
コロッケもメンチも同じ形状と大きさで外見では区別が.............(-_-メ)
固さはメンチの方が固い
ま、普通のコロッケとメンチでした
ワザワザ買いにこんな畑のど真ん中まで来る必要は無いかな？
店内で１００㌘１９５円の筋肉が大特価で１２５円やったかな？
１㌔かってどて焼きにしてみました。
脂身はソコソコ有りましたが、肉の味が最高(^_^)v
他の並んでるお肉は結構いい値してましたがこの筋肉なら通常価格でも納得できます！
牛筋が欲しくなったら行っても良いかな？
