ハンバーグをいただきました。チーズとデミグラスのハンバーグです。熱々の鉄板に、焼きたてのハンバーグがのっかって運ばれてきました。こんがり焼かれた表面に閉じ込められた肉汁が、カットすると溢れていき、ソースと絡みます。程よい酸味のデミグラスソースにチーズが加わりとってもまろやかでおいしかったです。
