中太の麺は弾力があってとにかくツルツル
エグさもないし濃厚でありながらあっさり寄りでもあるという不思議な味わい
野菜がマイルドさに一役買っているイメージ
最後は残ったタレにライス投入して無駄なくいただく際の満足感たるや
追記：サービスの揚げにんにくをいちびって2人前頼んだが、翌日悲惨だったというのは言うまでもない
