大神神社で参拝し、三輪そうめんを食べると決めており、チェックしていたこちらのお店へ行きました。
お店は入口入ってすぐお土産売り場があり、奥に食べるところがあります。4人掛けのテーブル席が8席くらいありました。2階もあるようで、結構たくさんの人が入れそうです。
注文したのは、
釜飯ランチ…1,000円
そうめんに釜飯がついていて、1,000円って安い‼️‼️
スペアリブ付や天ぷら付もありましたが、名古屋駅に着いたら夜ご飯を食べる予定があったので、釜飯ランチにしました。
小鉢等がすぐきました。お豆腐にお味噌が乗っているのが、すごくおいしくて…愛知県出身なので、お味噌大好きなんですが、これは美味しい✨
そうめんのふしは、『えっ！？』と思いましたが、食感がとてもよく、そうめんの塩気？がちょうど良くて、また香ばしく美味しいです✨
椎茸のスープも椎茸の出汁が効いていて美味しい～
そして、主役のそうめんが登場‼️
流しそうめんは初めてですが、大人でもテンションが上がりますね。店員さんから『2、3周するとそうめんがほぐれてくるので、そしたら食べて下さい』と言われました。ちょっとアトラクション的な感じで、流しそうめんをしていると思ったので、ちゃんと理由があったのはビックリしました。
一口食べてみると・・・そうめんのコシが全然違いますね！そうめんってこんなにコシがあるんですね！！！おつゆは薄めですが、出汁が効いていて美味しいです。のど越しが良いのはもちろん、コシがあるのが良いですね！
そうめんを半分ちょっと食べた時に、釜飯が登場！この日は、あさりの釜飯と言ってました。あさりのご飯もかなり薄味、ほとんど味付けされてない？と思うくらいあさりのお出汁と野菜の旨味が効いています。具は、ごぼう、にんじん、あさりが入っており、ご飯の量としてはお茶碗一杯分。おこげが香ばしくて美味しいですね！！！他の方はスペアリブ付や天ぷら付を食べていたので、ちょっと少ない？と思いましたが、そうめんが結構あるので、お腹いっぱいでした✨
あまりにも美味しかったので、そうめんとそうめんのふしを購入しました。

そうめんのふしは、油で揚げてみましたが、カリカリで塩気がちょうど良くてとっても美味しかったです！お安いので、もっとたくさん買っておけば良かったです～✨
