大神神社に初詣行く前にランチで訪問しました。
三輪といえばそうめん。やはり飲食店は、和食でにゅうめん、そうめんがうりのお店が多いです
三輪そうめん流し。こちらは大神神社の参道沿いにあります。
店内はすでに満席近かったですが、小綺麗で落ち着いた雰囲気で、うるさい客もおらず。
店員さん、皆さん愛想が良くテキパキしています。
お料理もおいしい！
つきだしに、そうめんのおつゆと、そうめんをパリパリに焼いたものが出てきました。
そうめんのおつゆは、猪口より少し大きめの器に、少量のそうめんが入っており、しいたけのだしがきいていておいしい。
ここですでに満足。
さらにパリパリに焼いたそうめんが、香ばしく、ほんのり塩味で、飽きません。
そうめん、こんな調理法あるんですね！
次に煮込んだスペアリブと味噌だれをトッピングした豆腐。
スペアリブ、とろとろ、ホロホロで柔らかい！
甘辛バランスもちょうど良いです。
豆腐がまたおいしい！
しっかり水切りされており、コクのある味噌だれがおいしく、小さいのに満足感ありました
釜飯はアツアツで、底にちょいおこげが香ばしい。
みりんを入れているのでしょうか、少し甘めの味つけで、お米はちょっぴり固めです。
私自身は、釜飯はお米ふっくら、しょうゆと具のだしの香りがするほうが好みですね
肝心のにゅうめん
舌がやけどしそうなほど熱すぎない、お腹にまで温かさが染み渡るような、絶妙な温度のおつゆ、だしとゆず？かぼす？が効いていておいしかったです。
最後の一滴まで飲みました！
麺もツルツルさらさら、程よいコシがあり、素麺やにゅうめんってこんなにおいしいの!?と感動でした。
釜飯は私の好みと違っていましたが、他はすべておいしかったし、接客も雰囲気も良かったです。
また行って、今度は違うセット注文したいですね
