・本蕨もち 880円
希少な本蕨粉を使っが本物の蕨もちです。
いろいろメニューはあったけど、やっぱりこちらかなと。
色がもう市販のわらびもちとは全く違いますね。
少し濁った茶色がかった灰色みたいな感じ。
作りたてをしっかりと冷やした蕨もち。
ぷるんぷるん。。。というかどぅるんどぅるん？
もう、もちもちさが凄くて箸で切るのが大変なくらいでした。
香ばしいきな粉たっぷり付けて。
上品な甘み。
独特な食感がクセになりそう♪
これば本物なんだな～とかみしめながらいただきました。
ここに来ないと食べられないですね！
