2023年３月 奈良２泊３日の旅
宇陀のまち歩きをして、森野吉野葛本舗「葛の館」でおやつをいただきましょう。
注文を受けてから、つくってくれるので、できるまでは売店の商品などをながめながらのんびりと待ちます。
葛もち 660円
本蕨もち 880円
どちらも鍋でねりねりしたものが氷水に入っていて、特製きな粉につけていただきます。
これはきな粉が余ってしまうのではないかと、たくさんつけて食べ始めましたが、最後は足りなくなりました。
つるんとした本物の葛もちは、本葛の食感を楽しむ食べ物なのですね。
