店内にモクモクと立ちこめる大衆焼肉や
卓上ガスロースタースタイルは、昭和おっさんに刺さる雰囲気
肉種は豊富
吉野の土地柄か⁇ 地鶏や合鴨の加え猪肉まである
ならば…
“猪ロース (塩)” とコスパのいい “焼肉定食 (牛)” で遅めのランチ
丹波で猪肉の焼肉を食べた時も感動したが（←奥栄）
さっぱりした脂感と歯ごたえのある旨味で
無性にアルコール入りビールが欲しくなる自分との葛藤が辛い
焼肉定食 (牛) はカルビとハラミと思われる
肉は結構厚切りなざっくりした塊で、この点も大衆焼肉あるあるのそそられるところ
ランチに付くご飯は、とても美味しい
タレをたっぷり付けてのオンザライス
醤油感強いやや辛のタレのお陰で、旨い白飯との相性が感動的
車で飲めない分、がっつり白飯焼肉を楽しむ絶好の店でした（←サービスで大サイズ可）
吉野川山中にあるライダーご用達の焼肉や
ドライブついでに寄ると、思い出が一つ増える事でしょう
