お久しぶりな新潟旅行。
新潟名物といえばのタレカツは外せないでしょう！ということで、夕食前のオヤツとしてミニカツ丼¥850-を注文。
夜の営業17時開店直後に訪問。
先客1人で空いておりました。
ミニカツ丼はカツが3枚。
きめ細かいパン粉で揚げられた薄めのカツがご飯の上に乗っています。
とても軽い口当たりで、さくさく食べられる！
これなら4枚のカツ丼もいけたかな〜と思いました。
しかし、カツは美味しいけど、ご飯が残念。。
米所新潟であれば、ご飯ももう少しこだわってほしいな。。
