伊勢丹の7階レストランフロアにある寿司屋です。
この店の存在自体はだいぶ前から知っていたものの、全国の伊勢丹にあるチェーン店ということで行く気になれずにいました。
たまには未訪の店の新規開拓をしようと思い、行ってみる事にしました。
一般的な個人店の寿司屋とは異なり、セット物を中心としたメニュー構成です。
ランチタイム限定のセットメニューもありました。
席構成はテーブル席が大半を占めており、カウンター席は少なめでした。
空いている時間帯なら一人でもテーブル席に座れるので、板さんと会話せずにゆっくり食べたい人にも利用しやすいのが嬉しいところ。
自分はランチタイム限定メニューの中から「トロ入りランチ」を注文しました。
＜トロ入りランチ＞
ネタの種類は
・マグロ赤身
・中トロ
・ハマチ
・サーモン裏巻き
・イワシ
・エビ
・たまご
・ネギトロ軍艦
・カニ軍艦
という構成。
さらに味噌汁、茶碗蒸し、デザートもついてきます。
予想していたよりも本格的だったのが嬉しい誤算。
特にマグロ赤身の舌触り、エビの程よい身の弾力感が良かったですね。
「とても美味しい」とまではいきませんが、なかなかの美味しさでした。
唯一残念だったのはサーモン裏巻き。
いろいろ味を添加して塩気が強くなりすぎてしまい、肝心のサーモンの味が分からなくなっていました…
【まとめ】
サーモン裏巻きは残念な味でしたが、他のネタは良かったです。
個人店の寿司屋と比べるとやや物足りなさがあるものの、百貨店内という利便性、気軽に利用できるサービスの良さを考慮すると、十分に良い店だと思いますよ。
