This is a Sushi restaurant located inside the Isetan Niigata store. I wanted to go to another store, but it was crowded, so I went to this one, which was empty. I ordered Barachirashi (1320 yen). I was surprised to see that it looked like the toppings used for Seafood Bowl were simply cut in two and served on the plate. The beauty of barachirashi is that it looks like a jewel box and the balance of Seafood changes with each bite. This size is unusually large, and there is no big difference from "Seafood Bowl cut into small pieces", so you can't enjoy the goodness of scattering. Also, the smell of the sardines was not good.
