以前新潟に住んでいた時に、友人や先輩とよく行ったお店でした。
居酒屋大好き、日本酒大好きな自分にとって居酒屋の代表みたいなお店なんですが
新潟にしかないと知ったときのショックたるや。
先日、新潟へ遊びに行った時、懐かしさに駅からぶらぶら古町まで散歩しました。
古町も変わったな〜なんて思いつつ、お腹が空いたのでランチの看板が出ていた
安兵衛古町店へ入店。
観光客にはちょっとわかりにくい細い道に面していますが、新潟中郵便局まで辿りけば
後は簡単。中郵便局の古町側の角を曲がってすぐ、オレンジ色の看板が目印です。
店内は広々、ゆったりした雰囲気です。
本店もいいけど、時間が許すなら古町店で飲みたいな〜というのは個人の感想ですけども。
昼だったので、周りはランチの人が多かったです。
揚げ物、カレー、お魚、定食屋ビックリの美味しそうでボリューミーなランチの数々。
魅力的でしたが、旅行中で浮かれていたので昼酒をしたくなり、お酒と肴を選びました。
栃尾の油揚げ、イカの沖漬け、カキフライ、エイヒレ、といかにもな肴で日本酒を
いただきました。
全店共通メニューのほか、壁に貼り出されたメニューから新潟のお酒が選べます。
本店よりも、古町店の方がお酒が充実している印象でした。
しかも店員さんのアドバイスが的確！辛めがいいならこちらがいいですよ、とか
こちらは人気でもうすぐなくなりそうですよ、とか、味わうならこちらがおすすめですよ、とか。
店長おすすめ！のお酒はさすがのおいしさでした。
楽しくたくさん飲みました。店員さんにも優しくしてもらいました。
お隣にいたおじさんグループとも交流し、アルビレックス新潟の話なんかで盛り上がりました。
超満足です。
ちなみに、ランチどきはファミリーもガテン系のお兄さんもいますが、一番多いのは
地元のおじ（ー）さん達。ランチ食べつつ、ビールかお酒を横に置いていました。
安くておいしくて、地元の人に愛されているお店だなあとしみじみ感じました（笑）
