グループ店の中でも１番のメニューの豊富さ。定期的に新しいメニュー、気の効いたメニュー、最近は食事系も充実してます。
28年目でやっと…
30年くらい前から知ってて、28年前に行ってみたがいつも満席で入った事が有りませんでした……
今回は、いつも行ってるお店の大将が移動で古町のよさこいに移動になったと聞いて、大将を訪ねて初めての入店。これで市内の姉妹店５店舗制覇(笑)基本的に姉妹店と同じメニューですが、各店舗で少しづつ、特色を出している様です。今回は携帯サイトでクーポンをGET♪90分の飲み放題で利用しました。三杯目辺りで大将が気付いてくれて、やっと初来店の緊張？も取れて、女将も20年程前に別店舗に居たと言う事で色々楽しくお話しさせて頂きました。呑みはじめの肴は、やはり新潟と言えば魚…ではなく、【かきのもと】…食用菊のおひたしです。うまいです。個人的には酢を少し利かせた方が好みですが。カウンター席は、他店に比べ、広めでした。独りでも気軽に立ち寄ってみても言いと想います。

I got a birthday gift coupon from Hot Pepper, so the manager gave me a free dish✨ I requested ginger pork, as well as my favorite snacks and sake... Thank you for the wonderful time. At Koyosaka, Tempura rate is high, so it's one of the things I look forward to. There are many other recommended dishes within the group.
