今回は「胡坐屋 駅前店」さんです。
今度いつ新潟市に伺えるか分かりませんのでもう一軒伺う事に！

佐渡産のカキは大ぶりで濃厚な味わいこの日は一つだけで仲良くシェア
タコは厚切りのブツでお酒飲みには定番か

名実ともに新潟を代表するブランド牛でその上質な「脂」＆柔らかさは
今まで食した中では3本指に入るStraightに「脂」に脱帽
※冷やし讃岐うどん（550円）
これは普通かな～一本だけ試したが「讃岐は讃岐」でが一番か
※山崎12年W＆お通し（1,300円＆350円）
日本のウイスキーを代表するこちら個人的には18年が良いかな～
お通しはごぼう＆？で同僚に渡す
美味しい！（村上牛って凄いんだな～）
話にはお聞きしておりましたがかなり上質な「肉質」＆「脂」でそれ程
「和牛」に興味は御座いませんでしたがこれはかなりの実力和牛かと（笑）
今度はいつ新潟県の中心都市「新潟市」に伺えるか？ですので思いッきり
堪能させて頂きましたでも疲れたな～

この日は一日「同僚」との行動で御座いましたが懐かしいもので御座います
まぁ～勤務先・立場が違っても相変わらずお互いがすっとこどっこいで！
同僚は偉そ～にドイツ車を乗り回しておりますがこちらは思いっきり日本車で
「高燃費だけは負けん」と再々「喧嘩」勃発で御座います（笑）
