先日、新潟市内に行ったのでどこかで食べて帰ろうと思い。
「なおじ 総本店」さんをチョイス。
お店までは意外とスムーズに到着。
11：30位です。
一人なのでカウンター席に座って。
少し迷って・・・
一番好きそうな感じの「ナオウ」と餃子の3コをオーダー
豚骨で細麺と選べるらしいですが、替え玉が細麺なので、まずは太麺で。
実はこのマー油が好きでないので迷った・・・
数分で提供されました。
スープは濃厚な感じが良いですね。
チャーシューも分厚く、大きいのがデーンと1本！！
とても美味しいです。
ただ・・・麺が少し柔らかめ？スープが絡むのは良いですが・・・
（個人的には好きではないですね。）
気を取り直して、替え玉をオーダー。
その間に餃子を食べます。
（具がたくさん入ってますね＾＾）
そしてすごい肉汁がたっぷりで新潟県内では最高に美味しいと思います。
すぐに替え玉（今回は固めで）が提供されました。
文句なしにやっぱり美味しいですね。
他のメニューも楽しみです。
