Mont D'or is a casual place to enjoy authentic French cuisine in Niigata. The vegetables are freshly picked from the restaurant's own garden, and the fish and meat are mainly local and safe ingredient |
フランス料理とはいえ、こちらのお店はとても気軽に入れる雰囲気で、お店は入口もオープンでお手頃なランチ、ディナーをいただけます。
入口にカウンター、ボックス、奥にテーブル席。
こじんまりしていて、少しビストロっぽいかな。
ずいぶん昔、母親や友人とランチによくおじゃましていて、こちらのオニオングラタンスープが大好きで
秋冬になると毎回頼んでました。
今はランチは曜日が決まってるようで、ホームページ
などで確認してからの方が良さそうです。
この日は古町、本町をプラプラして夕飯におじゃましました。
車で来てたのでノンアルコールで(涙)
選べるディナーは二種類。
Ａコースだと『ディナーコース』は前菜、魚料理、肉料理、デザートのメニューの中からそれぞれ好きな料理を選べます。
自分だけのコース料理が楽しめるのがいいですね。
Ａコースだとメインはお魚orお肉

フランス産フォアグラのソテーバルサミコ酢風味サラダ添え
(絶妙な焼き方でとろけるような濃厚なコクが甘酸っぱいバルサミコ酢とよく合います。あとから来た他の
テーブルのお客様もこちらの前菜を選ばれてる方が
多いのも納得の美味しさ)
メインは
フランス産鴨むね肉のロースト赤ワインソース
(かなり大きめなロゼに焼かれたお肉が二つ。赤ワインの濃厚なソースがしっかり。添えられたマッシュも美味しい)
デザートは洋梨のケーキ、りんごシャーベット
前菜もメインもたっぷりな量でパンにソースをつけて一緒に美味しくいただきました♪
全体的に優しさが感じられる味付けで
ほっとするようなお料理の数々、またふらりと
思い出した時におじゃましたいです。
このときはたまたま席が空いてましたが、次から次へと予約のお客様が。予約なしのお客様は断られていました。
予約してからの来店をオススメします！
たまにはノンアルで美味しい料理を楽しむのも
良かったですが、
次はランチでもディナーでもワインをいただきながら
ゆっくり過ごしたいです♪
