新潟藪そばを後にして、そろそろホテルにチェックインしようと思った。もういい時間やね。17時半。そしたら藪そばからすぐのトコに古町寧々っていう洒落たカンジの居酒屋さんがあって、そこのメニューにウマヅラ肝醤油っていうのがあった。これがメッチャ気になってんなあ。
緑川を冷酒で頼んだ。ウマヅラ肝醤油との相性も抜群。毛ガニと村上牛石焼きも注文した。またこれが両方ともメッチャうまい。飛び込みで入ってんけど、この居酒屋さんはだいぶレベル高い。予約もせんと良く入れたと思う。店内は満席。やっぱりお客さんは良く知ってるなあ。
