【概要】
古町寧々。女将の上品さから店内の洗練された雰囲気が居心地が良い。新潟の歴史ある繁華街「古町」の名前を使用し、ゆっくりくつろぎを与えれる空間を作りたいという意味を込めて「寧々」。佐渡の酒「北雪」の名を世界に知らしめた名品、とくにYK35が美味しい。柔らかで繊細、後味すっきりな飲み口を堪能できる。米焼酎と一緒に天然岩ガキ(夏期のみ) を頂ける。大粒の岩ガキは夏に旬を迎え鮮度抜群だからこそ生でいきたい。濃厚な旨みが口に広がる。また、新潟山の村上牛ロース石焼きは口の中で溶けるような脂と肉本来の美味しさが詰まった村上牛を石焼きで頂く。塩とワサビのシンプルが1番美味しい。
