刺身はなんと高級魚のオンパレード、刺身の盛り合わせはメニューから選べるシステムで、この日はアラ、アコウ、ウマヅラ、釣り鯵、しめ鯖をチョイス、日本酒に合いますね！
十全那須は新潟産であっさりと漬けてあって初夏の味。アスパラも旬の食材で食感がたまらんね。
