昨晩は2日間のイベントが終わり
たまたま他のイベントで新潟に入っておられた
取引先の方と合流、情報交換を兼ねて会食へ
訪問したお店は新潟市内の繁華街、古町にある
〇古町寧々 さんへ
古町寧々さんは、新潟十日町出身のオーナー
清水さんご夫妻が営まれているお店で
新潟の旬の野菜、新潟で獲れた地魚、地酒を楽しめるお店
昨晩は新鮮な生野菜の盛り合わせから始まり
地魚と地酒をしっかり堪能させて頂きました。
特に、とうもろこしやホオズキなどの生野菜の盛り合わせは
シャキシャキした食感と、野菜本来の甘みが味わえて美味~！
地酒大吟醸の利き酒セットは
個人的に鶴齢が好み！
この後はお代わりは、鶴齢で通しました。
次回に新潟は初秋
また9月に寄せて頂きます。
