A very famous Pork Cutlet store in Meguro, Tokyo. The shop I visited this time is one of the shops that has been divided into goodwill from the same store, which has 3 restaurant in Niigata Prefecture. However, even though it is a goodwill division, it has a history of more than 50 years since its founding. I had been to restaurant in Hakusan in Niigata City a long time ago, but this was my first time at this restaurant. On this day, I wanted to eat Pork Cutlet asexually, so I decided to visit. The exterior and interior of the shop are very simple, with no frills. Personally, I don't hate it. In fact, I don't care about appearances, and I think the reason why we have been able to stay in business for such a long time is because we are concentrating on cooking. There are tatami rooms and counter seats, but of course I am alone, so I sit at the counter. Perhaps as a measure against corona, there are only about 5 chairs at the wide counter, and a partition is placed between it and the kitchen. Even though it was lunchtime, there was only one other customer, Mr./Ms.. Even though it was a weekday, it was a little surprising. I ordered a Pork Cutlet set meal (1,480 yen). Even though I was hungry, unlike when I was younger, I didn't have many opportunities to order a large plate. When you get the Pork Cutlet, it tastes juicy and delicious. As expected, it is a long-established business. I have no complaints. The soup for the set meal was not miso soup, but pork soup. In addition, the rice is Koshihikari from Niigata Prefecture. This is also a small but particular point, isn't it? And, as Mr./Ms. Pork Cutlet shop, rice and cabbage can be refilled. I said that I wouldn't order a large portion, but I received a refill of rice and cabbage here. In addition, I was going to ask for about half, but maybe I didn't hear it, so the second cup was a big deal. But I'm glad to see the spirit of service. Of course, I received every single grain. It is located in a difficult place to access in the city, but there are two parking lots. If you're in the mood for Pork Cutlet while driving, you'll definitely want to visit again.
