土曜のお昼にお邪魔しました。
とんきと言えば市役所の隣にあるものと思っていましたが、関屋にもあったので久々に揚げ衣が個性的なトンカツをいただきにお邪魔しました。
注文したのは特大とんかつ定食1,715円。
断面がロゼ色に仕上がった分厚い肉にテンションが上がります。多分、低温で揚げてから高温で油で2度揚げしていると思いますが、衣がサクサクで油切れがよくて超好みの揚げ具合です。豚肉はブランドポークではないためか甘味と香りが弱めです。そこは、この値段でこの厚さのトンカツを食べられることに価値を感じるとして問題ありません！
また味噌汁が激うまで、大根、じゃがいも、牛蒡、人参、薬味ネギだけの味噌汁ですが、これがスーパー美味しい！！野菜だけでどうやったらこんな美味しい味噌汁になるのか、、。
とっても美味しい特大とんかつ定食でした^ ^
