名物らしい「特大とんかつ定食」を注文。
山のようなキャベツの千切りにまずびっくり。
その後とんかつの厚さに更にびっくり。豚肉の厚さに対して衣がめっちゃ薄い。初めて見るタイプのとんかつだー。
添えられた辛子を丁寧にぬりぬりして、塩とソース交互にいただきます。
厚ーい豚肉ですが固さは感じず、ちゃんと噛み切れます。
脂身がじゅわっと甘くて良い感じ。
衣が薄いが故に、ぺらっとはがれてしまうのがちょっとな。
分厚い豚肉に薄い衣、私はちとミスマッチに感じてしまいました。
欲張らずに普通のとんかつ定食にすれば良かったかなぁ。
