新潟駅近く、お店は階段を降りた地下に在ります。
安兵衛さんは新潟市を中心に展開する居酒屋チェーン。
居酒屋さんですがランチ影響もしています。
ランチメニューは、ラーメン、タレカツ丼、刺身定食や唐揚げ定食、カレー。
丼ものとラーメン(そば・うどんに変更も可)のセットメニューもありリーズナブル。
セットメニューの中から、うみ兵衛(780円)をいただきました。
ミニ海鮮丼とラーメンのセットです。
◆ラーメン。
具材は、チャーシュー、メンマ、青菜、ネギ。
麺は極細縮れ麺。
スープは、あっさりしています。豚骨と煮干し？業務用？よく分かりませんが、新潟あっさり醤油ラーメンを意識した感じの作りです。
◆ミニ海鮮丼。
ブツ切りのマグロ、サーモン、ブリ、タコ。
大葉とガリ、錦糸玉子も載っています。
ラーメンが単品620円ということは、このミニ海鮮丼が実質160円でセットになるので破格値ですね。
