この日はふらっと新潟。
市場がお盆休みのようなので、お刺身系のみでないお店に行こうと検索。食べログで調べて、こちらのお店を訪問させていただいた。
枝豆を頼もうとしたところ、お通しがただ茶豆だったので、のっぺをあてに、先ずは生ビールで乾杯。
栃尾あげのネギ味噌挟みというのがあったので、それと、若鶏の半身揚げ、上越名物スルメ天というのがあったので、それと、新潟にはがあまり関連性がないが、ポテトフライ(いつも飲み会て頼んでしまう)
せっかく新潟に来たのだから、二杯目から日本酒。
吉野川、朝日山を注文。チェイサーもいただきました。
日本酒はどちらの名柄も飲みやすい。(飲み過ぎ注意)同じ県内なのに、こんなに味が違うんですね。
栃尾揚げって納豆挟み込みのイメージでしたが、ネギ味噌も合いますね。美味しい。
スルメ天は一夜干しを使用するみたいです。柔らかくて、一味マヨでただくと、酒の肴にいい!
半身揚げはパリパリの皮とカレー風味がいいですね。
