地元で大量消費してしまうので他県に出回らない新鮮な枝豆は甘味と香りが別格です,冷水に晒したピーマンに味噌タレを付けて頂くとパリパリ食感でマツコの知らない世界でも紹介された焼き茄子も新潟の旨いもんです,メゴチ天ぷらに塩を付けて頂くと甘味が良く分かります,ホイル包みのジャガイモにバターを乗っけたジャガバターで美味しく頂きました,
会計時にドカベンのサイン色紙を見つけスタッフさんに聞くと新潟を代表する漫画家の水嶋真司先生も来店したそうですd(´ڡ`๑)
