新潟二軒目は、こちらのみやこやさんの「モツ煮込み鍋」が絶品だというので来ることとなった。
うん。二軒目だから食べ物はもういいか、と思っていたのに、このモツ煮込み鍋を食べると不思議とまだまだいろいろ行けるしいろいろ飲める気持ちになってくる。うん。なんというかものすごーく、心にしみるようなあったかい味だ。
豚足の焼トンは名物だというので食べてみたのだが、コラーゲンを取るにはいいのだけど、もうちょっと柔らかくしてほしいなぁと思った。焼き物の味は結構塩が強く、いくらでもビールが進む。あれ？新潟米どころ、日本酒を飲みに来たと思ったんだけど。。。ま、いいか。。。
