土曜のランチにお邪魔しました。
外見とは異なり店内は40名ほど入れる広いお店です。
事前情報をもとにハンバーグステーキ200gをいただきました。
食べログに上がっていた写真だと中身がレア状態で提供されていましたが、適度に火が入っていてベストな状態で提供されました。
ハンバーグはジューシーな焼き上がりで、牛100%ではあるものの硬くありません。ただ、挽肉の脂分が多いせいか後半は少し飽きてきます。付け合わせも丁寧に作られているのでお皿丸ごと美味しくいただけました。
